Medium-hard, high-density, open-cell polishing pad for random-orbit polishers with a 150-mm backing plate.

Description

Identical in construction to the 125 model, but designed for backing plates with a 150-mm diameter: medium-hard, high-density, and open-cell. The excellent ventilation and special cooling of the center keep the temperature low and ensure a long service life and high temperature resistance.

The hook-and-loop fastener allows for quick pad changes, and the beveled edge improves handling. The pad’s high polish-retention capacity reduces the need for reapplication. The pad is designed for use with PROFILINE NP 03–06, EX 04–06, and PerfectFinish.

Position the polishing pad centrally; do not overheat the polishing area; never polish with high pressure or at a steep angle. Blow off the pad regularly with compressed air during use and clean the pads regularly.
