    For business customers only!
    For the business direct debit, you must sign a direct debit mandate once and send it to your bank. A business direct debit does not allow you to return collected amounts. You can get all the details from your customer advisor.

1. What payment methods do we offer?

We offer various payment methods to make it as convenient as possible for you. You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, instant transfer, direct debit, prepayment, invoice, or through other common payment service providers.

2. How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer service by email or phone. Please have your order number ready and state the reason for the refund. We process refund requests in accordance with our terms and conditions and legal requirements. Your entitlement to a refund depends on the individual circumstances and the reason for the refund.

3. Can I cancel my order if I have already paid?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service immediately to initiate a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. After successful inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded.

4. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your refund request has been approved, the amount will be refunded to the account you used for payment within 14 days. However, depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
