    If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

  • Corporate Direct Debit

    For business customers only!
    To set up a business direct debit, you must sign a one-time direct debit authorization and send it to your bank. A business direct debit does not allow you to request a refund of amounts that have been collected. Please contact your account manager for full details.

1. What payment methods do we offer?

2. How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Please have your order number ready and specify the reason for the refund. We process refund requests in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable laws. Your eligibility for a refund depends on the specific circumstances and the reason for the refund.

3. Can I cancel, and when will I get my money back?

As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel it; after that, your right of withdrawal applies. We will process your refund immediately upon receiving notice of cancellation, withdrawal, or a returned item.
