Return shipping

If your goods have defects, we will arrange free return shipping for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt about an incorrect or damaged delivery so that we can take all further steps for you. If you want to cancel your order, please refer to our terms and conditions and cancellation information for the exact refund process.

Notes on the obligation to take back packaging material

According to the current Packaging Act § 15 Abs. 1 S. 1 VerpackG, we are obliged to take back the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and outer packaging that typically does not become waste for private end consumers after use,
  • Sales and outer packaging for which system participation is not possible due to system incompatibility according to § 7 Abs. 5, and
  • Sales packaging of goods containing pollutants or
  • Reusable packaging.

Upon delivery of the product, appropriate packaging material is used, which we take back free of charge. We ensure the return of the packaging material into the recycling loop. By informing about the return possibilities, better results in the return of packaging are to be achieved and a contribution to fulfilling the European recycling targets according to EU Directive 94/62/EC is to be ensured.

You can return the packaging material as an end consumer at the place of actual handover or in its immediate vicinity.

1. What shipping methods do we offer?

  • We ship worldwide with DHL
  • Orders before 1 PM usually leave our warehouse on the same day.
  • Throughout Germany: Deliveries usually reach their destination within one working day.
  • Saturday delivery is partially possible.
  • Shipments throughout Europe take about 2-5 working days.

2. Is pickup possible?

  • A pickup at our logistics center is not possible. We have an Altruan delivery service that serves our regional customers. We are happy to include you in our route. For questions regarding this, our sales team is at your disposal.

3. Shipment tracking

With the dispatch of your delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation (in addition to your order confirmation), where you will find all the information about your delivery and a link to track the shipment. Status changes will be forwarded to you immediately.

4. Did not receive the goods in full?

We apologize if your goods do not arrive in full. Often, your ordered goods are shipped in multiple packages, allowing the parcel service provider to deliver the remaining goods at a later date. 

For large orders or orders with items of different availability, we ship the available goods in advance. The rest of the order will be sent immediately once it becomes available to us. If your shipment is affected by such a case, we will inform you immediately.
