Description

HydroTac comfort sterile is the innovative solution for treating wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phases with low to moderate exudation. Thanks to its unique AquaClear Gel technology, this foam wound dressing ensures optimal moisture management in the wound microenvironment. The combination of a gas-permeable, liquid- and microbe-impermeable polyurethane outer layer and a special hydrogel coating keeps the wound moist, prevents sticking, and reliably protects against external influences such as bacteria and contaminants. The gel on the wound side allows for atraumatic dressing changes, and the circumferential, hypoallergenic adhesive border ensures a secure, germ-proof fixation. HydroTac comfort sterile is suitable for the management of both chronic and acute wounds and offers maximum comfort during the healing process.
