3-day delivery, not the case

I placed my order on 04.05.2025. After repeatedly inquiring, I was finally informed that the shipment was planned for 13.05.2025. It was delivered on 14.05.2025, so after 10 days and not as promised after 3 days. I had to repeatedly request information. This customer service is not okay in my opinion. Of course, there can be occasional hiccups. But then I expect to be informed by the seller.
