What does cold therapy involve?

For example, instant cold compresses, cooling plasters, cooling gel and cooling spray, for example from Hartmann DermaPlast ACTIVE, Holthaus or ARNOMED. Instant cold compresses do not need to be cooled beforehand and are ready to use straight away.

What is a cold-warm compress?

A cold-warm compress is reusable. You cool them in the freezer or heat them up, depending on the application. Please note the manufacturer's instructions. With a fleece cover it feels more comfortable on the skin.

What heating products are there?

There are heat patches such as Hansaplast ABC heat patch or Hartmann DermaPlast HeatPatch for back as well as elbows and knees. There are also hot water bottles and warming creams. If you have any symptoms, it is best to ask your doctor or pharmacy.
